First, I must express my gratitude and excitement at the opportunity of being your music minister for the next three months.  My husband and guitar player, Jerry Willis, will be also joining me.  Our three year old son and future drummer, Elijah, will be joining the kids church. 

I first started singing out loud in the horse fields of Arizona.  Nature relaxed me and I felt more comfortable to express.  I could feel an amazing spirit around and in me when I sang.  It wasn’t until later in my life that I realized it was the spirit singing through me.  The spirit of creativity has always guided me.  I started singing at Unity church’s while I was studying vocal performance at Wichita State University.  After spending two years studying musical theatre and singing in New York at Circle In The Square and Singers Forum, I met my husband and we moved to Los Angeles.  I have been a soloist for several Unity Church’s in the Los Angeles area and music director for two, Alhambra and South Bay.  We moved back to the Kansas City area three years ago and I began to sing at the Village and was also music director of Unity of Lee’s Summit.  I have just finished my third CD and am looking forward to sharing it with you. 

 I am looking forward to working with Unity of the Heartland’s music team and Robin to co-create an amazing worship experience through music.
